Next part of my Philippines Project is no other than my second home: Davao City, Philippines.
There are Three Main Islands in the Philippines. Namely: Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Davao City is a city in the island of Mindanao. It is the Largest and the Most Populous City outside Metro Manila. This City serves as the main hub in Mindanao in terms of trade and commerce. Davao is home to Mount Apo, the highest mountain in the country. The City is also nicknamed as the “Durian Capital of the Philippines”.
Davao City is constantly described by its residents and the national media as one of the world’s safest cities. And it’s true! I left my bag one time in a park with my wallet and phone in it and when I came back from jogging, it’s still there. It is also home of the current President Rodrigo Duterte.
This city is also home to one of the best beaches in the country! Although not yet discovered by the mainstream media, these two hidden paradise is a must when you come here!
CANIBAD HIDDEN PARADISE IMAGES
I wasn’t even aware this was shot like this. We were just chilling in the middle of the sea. The water was cold. Feet dangling below like some fish might bite me anytime. It was a quiet day. Not really a crowded place to go. It’s like we own the whole place.
I just love how blue this water can get. My first ever cliff jumping happened here. So I consider this very memorable! Considering my knees were already shaking while taking this photo, it was totally worth the hike up there.
Another resort you may want to go where it’s not really crowded is Chema’s by the sea. I just love how peaceful this place can get. Not much tourists and it felt like I own the place.

This is where it all started. When I started working last 2015, I was sitting at my workplace thinking, I need to dream big! And it led to this opportunity of going to places I wasn’t even thinking of going. Goals and dreams may change overtime but what matters is I love what I’m doing and I have a purpose. It’s what keeps me waking up in the morning with a cup of coffee of course!
