THE BEST OF INDONESIA IN 12 DAYS

I don’t even know how to start this article. But I’m just going to try my best to explain further in details of what Indonesia has to offer to the world. Indonesia is home to more than 17,000 islands due to strong volcanic activities. It’s the World’s Largest Island Country and 4th Most Populous Country in the world!

This article is going to have budgets, where I stayed, itineraries, links where you can book your tours as a solo traveller and all my Indonesian Series are here below in a timely manner.

I. PRELUDE

Before you proceed with your solo travel to Indonesia, you may need all the research to save a few bucks and maximise your time and energy. Know that you are at your own risk. Bring protein bars or any snack to help you get through the day to finish this journey.

II. ITINERARY

My itinerary is actually jam-packed with adventures and sleepless nights on the first 5 days. I started the journey in (West) Java, the World’s Most Populous Island then proceeded to East Java and ended it in Bali. I would have included Nusa and Gili Islands but I couldn’t fit in more time because my time is of limited. This gives me more reasons to revisit this glorious country!

Here are my actual flights with prices below. Note that I use skyscanner to help me find the cheapest flight both international and domestic flights.

Bali to Bandung: PP2,381 (AirAsia)
Bandung to Surabaya: P2,381 (Nam Air)

Trust me, they are still a lot of islands to explore like Nusa and Gili Islands which should be on your list when you visit! And for that, I am definitely coming back!

Hope this gives you an idea on where to go in Indonesia and if you did share them with your friends and family! I wish you safe travels and enjoy the ride!
